Schuyler is my weird and wonderful monster-slayer. Together we have many adventures.
Hello!I am so pissed about that. 2008? Eight? It's frackin' MARCH, people.
I gave up on BSG a while back, I even removed it from the DVR schedule - last year great exciting, then it just got "lost". Bummer!
I'll join you guys on the PISSED train about having to wait 9 months for another episode. DANG!I liked that they went in a direction I wasn't expecting. But I didn't like that it felt like they just pulled this out of thin air. I have to admit, my interest is piqued as to where they're going to go with this. And there's something interesting about the group at the end--but why Roslind's aide? Where did she come from? No surprise about Starbuck, really. They are taking a BIG risk waiting that long. I think they could have gotten away with it a year ago, but I'm not sure people are still that invested.Whew, I needed to get that off my chest. My sig. other DIDN'T WATCH IT, despite being a big fan, and I've been dying to comment on it (hopefully he'll catch the rerun tonight). I called him the other night with, "2008?! 2008?! What the F***!?!"
I agree with the "huh?" but I'm optimistic that all the bizarreness of the last 15 minutes will work itself out when the story picks up NINE (!) months from now. Nine months. What a crock of shit.My prediction for now is that Bob Dylan (complete with Vincent Price moustache) is the final cylon.
I was all "Huh?" There is supposed to be a two hour movie that will air late 2007. Now, I'm just waiting for Doctor Who to come back on.
While I love all of your stuff, this may be the only thing you've written that actually made me yell "AMEN!"
I know. 4 Cylons? Lame cover of Jimi Hendrix? Wha? Is Starbuck dead? Is she the fifth cylon? It was really disappointing.
